Webco stocks carbon steel square tube seconds and carbon steel rectangular tube seconds at its Oil City, PA location only. Much of this non-spec tube has been sorted from mill reject bundles and, as such, has some defect or another, often not anything that can be detected by visual examination. Some are shorts, and some have minor dimensional issues. Tube sizes range from ¾” square up to 4” square and 1” x 1½” up to 2” x 6” in rectangles, with wall thicknesses up to ¼”. This tubing is stored outside and is sold by the foot, "as is/where is", without certification. Steel square tube seconds and steel rectangular tube seconds are used for rack, signs, and many other applications.
